PURPOSE: A portable mobile communication base station antenna control device and a control system using the same are provided to adjust an installation angle of an antenna and check the RF characteristics of a cable and the antenna when a base station is installed by using one portable device. CONSTITUTION: A portable mobile communication base station antenna control device includes a communication device part (30) which transmits an antenna parameter corresponding to work instructions by receiving the work constructions; an input and display part (90) which displays the work instructions and receives a command of a worker; a test device part (60) which tests RF characteristics by connecting base station equipment; a camera part (80) which photographs that an azimuth and a vertical inclination angle are changed according to the transmission of the antenna parameter; a memory device part (50) which stores a photographed image of the camera part; and a control part (10) which controls the communication device part, the input and display part, the test device part, the camera part, and the memory device part. The work instructions include coordinate information of a base station. The control part displays the work instructions when the current position confirmed in a GPS part is identical to the coordinate information of the work instructions.
