摘要 PURPOSE: An oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent glass-coating adhesion and magnetic property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformly form a glass film through entire surface of a coil and to obtain excellent coating performance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an oriented electrical steel sheet comprises hot-rolling a slab, pre-annealing, cold rolling, decarburizing and annealing, final annealing, and insulation-coating. The slab for manufacturing of the oriented electrical steel sheet contains 0.001-0.10 wt% of Sn. The oxidative layer amount during the decarburizing and annealing process is within a range of 650-850 ppm. The iron oxide amount in the oxidative layer of a decarburized and annealed plate is within a range of 0.03-0.20 g/m2. The oxidativity(PH2O/PH2) in the decarburizing and annealing process is within a range of 0.002-1.008. A dew point is within a range of 40-75 deg. C. The annealing temperature is within a range of 750-950 deg. C. The silicon dioxide(SiO2) amount in the oxide layer of the decarburized and annealed plate is within a range of 0.80-1.50 g/m2.
