PURPOSE: A method and a system for brokering application deals are provided to separately develop and deal a design module and a function module in an application, to complete the application by adding a source code for implementing a specific function in the design element of the design module, and to complete the application by replacing a basic design element included in the function module with a target design module. CONSTITUTION: A function module formation device (110) forms a function module which makes up a first application with a basic design element. The function module formation device forms a second application using a target design element when obtaining the design module including the target design element in which the graphic performance is upgraded. A design module formation device (120) forms a design module. The design module formation device forms a second application using the target design element and the function module when obtaining the function module for making up the second application along with the target design element. A deal brokering device (130) stores the formed function module, the obtained function module, and the design module and brokers the deals of the stored function modules and the design module.
