PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article inspection device and article inspection system capable of confirming abnormality of an article to be inspected or abnormality of a device by referring to accumulated inspection record information.SOLUTION: An article inspection device 1 includes an inspection part 3 for inspecting an article to be inspected W and outputting a detection signal, a determination part 5 for determining the quality of the article to be inspected W on the basis of the detection signal from the inspection part 3, an inspection record information storage part 9 for storing inspection data based on the detection signal to be basis for quality determination in the determination part 5 and inspection record information including an inspection time in each article to be inspected W, a control part 8 for determining deviation data showing that a distance from the center of a distribution of inspection data stored in the inspection record information storage part 9 deviates by a prescribed value determined in advance or more, and a display operation part 4 for displaying the deviation data determined by the control part 8. |
