PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional scrubbing brush is not available conveniently because a brush is not formed integrally with a sponge scrubbing brush.SOLUTION: A sponge is disposed around the periphery of a brush in such a way that one scrubbing brush is available as the brush as well as the sponge and further smudge splash due to bristles on the brush can be prevented. |
