PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric generator utilizing the Seebeck effects with which performance reduction of an overall module caused by a failure of a P-type, N-type semiconductor parts can be suppressed and output can be improved.SOLUTION: P-type, N-type semiconductor parts 30, 40 of a thermoelectric generator include first P-type, N-type semiconductors 310, 410 of which one-side terminals 312, 412 are connected to a heat receiving part 10 and the other-side terminals 314, 414 are connected to a heat radiating part 20, and second P-type, N-type semiconductors 320, 420 of which one-side terminals 322, 422 are connected to the heat receiving part 10 and the other-side terminals 324, 424 are connected to the heat radiating part 20. Thus, even in the case where one of two, three or more of semiconductors disposed in parallel fails, energy conduction between one terminal and the other terminal of the semiconductor part can be ensured by the other semiconductor. Furthermore, the heat radiating part 20 is configured into a flexible electrode including a cavity and a fluorine-based inert liquid may be used for a low temperature fluid so as to conduct boiling heat transfer with the cavity. |
