PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably close the opening of an aneurysm, which is formed in a lumen of a living body, by a simple operation.SOLUTION: A device 10 for aneurysm treatment includes: a shaft 12; a lid member 20 which is rotated according to rotating torque transmitted from the shaft 12 and which is locked by inserting a hook 22 into the periphery of an opening 104 of an aneurysm 102 formed in a blood vessel 100, along with its rotation; and an engagement mechanism 46 which can transmit the rotating torque to the lid member 20 and which can disengage the shaft 12 from the lid member 20 in the state of locking the lid member 20 to the opening 104 of the aneurysm 102. |
