PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire able to securely bend a curved portion easily.SOLUTION: A guide wire 1 is constituted of a flexible, long body. The guide wire 1 comprises: a wire body 2 with a curved portion 25, which is naturally curved in one direction without external force exerted thereto; and an imaging marker 3 set for the insertion of the curved portion 25 therein and composed of a tubular body shorter than the length Lof the curved portion 25. The imaging marker 3 has a slit 31 formed through its tubular wall in the thickness direction, and along the center axial direction. The slit 31 is located on the inside of the curvature with respect to the curved portion 25. |
