PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a structure of a suspension which absorbs vibration to a seat becomes complex when link mechanisms which support seat brackets are supported by a spring.SOLUTION: A vibration proof member 46 is provided that is arranged on either of a seat frame 31 and a base 16 on which a seat 3 is mounted and contacts when the other with the seat bracket 19 locked at a front lower position. When the seat bracket 19 is retained by a front lower position lock mechanism 35, the front end side thereof is supported pivotally by the seat frame 31 and the rear end side thereof is put into a free end state and supported by the vibration proof member 46.
