PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode terminal for a secondary battery, excellent in electrolyte resistance, and, when a secondary battery is formed by being held and heat-welded with a laminate packaging material in which a sealant layer on a battery inner layer side comprises a polyolefin resin, capable of maintaining adhesion between the laminate packaging material and the electrode terminal over a long term.SOLUTION: An electrode terminal for a secondary battery includes a metal terminal and an anticorrosive protective layer formed on a surface of the metal terminal. The anticorrosive protective layer includes: a layer (A) containing the following composition (A); and one or both of a layer (X) containing the following composition (X) and a layer (Y) containing the following composition (Y). (A) A composition comprises a rare earth element oxide and a phosphate acid or phosphate blended in an amount of 1-100 pts.mass relative to 100 pts.mass of the rare earth element oxide. (X) A composition comprises an anionic polymer and a crosslinking agent crosslinking the anionic polymer. (Y) A composition comprises a cationic polymer and a crosslinking agent crosslinking the cationic polymer. |
