PURPOSE: The derivatives of the invention are used to various therapeutic region including the treatment of heart's blood vessel diseases. CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to carboline derivatives, producing methods thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing the carboline derivatives, and their use as therapeutic agents. Especially the invention relates to carboline derivatives which are strong and selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate specific phosphodiesterase(cGMP specific PDE), and the derivatives are used to various therapeutic region including the treatment of heart's blood vessel diseases. Thus the invention provides the compounds of formula (I) and their pharmaceutically suitable salts and solvated materials (for example, hydrates).
