PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package capable of improving air permeability between an internal space and an external space, and a vibration device and an electronic device including the package.SOLUTION: A package 20 of a crystal oscillator 1 includes: a recessed part 28a provided, on a bottom surface 28b, with a through-hole 28c for communicating an internal space S and an external space; and a spherical sealing material 28d mounted inside the recessed part 28a, for sealing the through-hole 28c by being heated and fused. The through-hole 28c is formed into a circular shape in the plan view, and on the bottom surface 28b of the recessed part 28a, an inclination part 28g is provided so that the spherical sealing material 28d is brought into contact with an inner wall 28f of the recessed part 28a. |
