PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in size and thickness, while maintaining performance, in such a configuration that focus drive means is disposed outside a lens barrel and further, reset positions of a focus lens and a zoom lens are detected by one detection means.SOLUTION: In the lens barrel, a rotary barrel 8 and a straight advance guide barrel 9 are located inside a fixed barrel and the lens barrel includes a zoom drive part and focus drive parts 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3 outside the fixed barrel. A focus lens holding frame 7 includes an arm part 7-1 and is driven in an optical axis direction by the focus drive parts 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3. A photo-interrupter 10 detects a reset position of the zoom lens on the basis of a positional relation with a part 7-2 to be detected, when extending the lens barrel and further, a reset position of the focus lens on the basis of the positional relation with the part 7-2 to be detected, when the focus lens holding frame 7 is driven and moved in a direction away from the rotary barrel 8, the straight advance guide barrel 9, and a zoom lens holding frame and then, the drive directions of the focus drive parts 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3 are reversed. |
