PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective suppression of an increase in internal pressure of an aneurysm, and to reduce the influence on surrounding tissue.SOLUTION: A device assembly 10 for aneurysm treatment includes a puncture device 12 which comprises a storage lumen 14 and a puncture part 16, and an indwelling device 18 which comprises a shaft 20 housed in the puncture device 12 and an indwelling member 21. The indwelling member 21 comprises a first clip 22 which is locked to a first downstream-side blood vessel 104, a second clip 26 which is locked to a second downstream-side blood vessel 106, and an intermediate part 24a which connects the first and second clips 22 and 26 to each other. Thus, the indwelling member 21 brings the first and second downstream-side blood vessels 104 and 106 closer to each other, and contracts the aneurysm 102 by sandwiching it therebetween. |
