PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which can reduce the burden on a manager when notifying the content of a fault occurring in a fault occurrence device to a user, and to provide a communication system, a communication method and a communication program.SOLUTION: After a speech possible state is brought about between a communication device 12 and a speech terminal 16 (S19), the communication device 12 extracts the fault information stored in a table, in response to a DTMF signal received from the speech terminal 16. The communication device 12 transmits the fault information thus extracted to an information terminal 19 (S27). The information terminal 19 receives the fault information (S29), and displays the fault information on a display. The communication device 12 performs communication so that speech is possible between speech terminals 15, 16 (S35), and speech is made possible between the speech terminals 15, 16 (S43). A manager 7 notifies the fault information to a user 6 by using the speech terminal 16. |
