PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for performing a 3D imaging and a stereoscopic photography without using a plurality of cameras, a special camera, or the like, and to provide a three-dimensional (3D) imaging technique, and a three-dimensional image.SOLUTION: A device, which provides an image-based interface between a human and a machine by movement of at least a partial 3D expression based on a set of at least partial user's two-dimensional image data, is provided with an image processing circuit constituted so as to specify non-rigid non-rigidity structures in the two-dimensional image data and associate three-dimensional skeleton model elements with the specified non-rigidity structure. A spacial limitation between the three-dimensional skeleton model elements defined by a model and a spatial relationship between the specified non-rigidity structures in the two-dimensional image data are used for adapting the model to the set of two-dimensional image data and approximating at least a part of three-dimensional coordinates of the non-rigid non-rigidity structures. |
