PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display sheet capable of exerting excellent display characteristics, and a display device and an electronic apparatus having the display sheet.SOLUTION: A display sheet 21 includes: a substrate 11; a substrate 12 arranged opposite to the substrate 11; a display layer 400 arranged between the substrate 11 and the substrate 12 and filled with fluid dispersion 100 obtained by dispersing white particles 51 and black particles 5 positively or negatively charged in a dispersion medium 7; a partition member 6 arranged in the display layer 400 and having a plurality of wall parts having light permeability and light scattering property and dividing the display layer 400 into a plurality of regions S in planar view of the display layer 400; and a plurality of reflection members 8 arranged in each of the plurality of regions S and each having a reflective surface oblique to a normal line on a surface of a display layer 400 side of the substrate 11. |
