PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of avoiding power consumption peak time zones when performing printing, and suppressing unnecessary printing not desired by a user.SOLUTION: A printing system controls an image forming apparatus not to perform printing during power consumption peak time zones, and performs reception of jobs and RIP processing by the start of the time zones. After the power consumption peak time zones, the printing system notifies a user of a time when the printing is completed, confirms whether or not output is necessary at the time, and does not perform the printing when the output is not necessary and performs the printing when the output is necessary. |
