PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry cleaning device capable of effectively cleaning in a short time even a cleaning target such as a metal mask having a viscoelastic stain such as solder paste existing on both surfaces thereof via a through-hole.SOLUTION: A first cleaning casing 34 is abutted to one surface 8a (front surface) of a metal mask 8 having a fine hole 8c, and a second cleaning casing 36 having a constitution similar to the first cleaning casing 34 is abutted to the other surface 8b (back surface) in such a manner of facing thereto. The inside of the casing is sucked by a sucking device not shown in the figure, an outside air flows in through an inlet 10F at a high speed, and a swirling air current RF is generated. A cleaning medium PC flying by the swirling air current RF collides with the periphery of the fine hole 8c of the metal mask 8 at an opening part 10E of the casing, and the stain is removed. The openings 10E of the respective casings face each other, and even a stain having a viscoelasstic such as the solder paste can be effectively removed. |
