PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle management system and a hybrid vehicle control apparatus for suppressing an engine start frequency and improving fuel economy.SOLUTION: A management system for managing a hybrid vehicle provided with an engine 10 and a motor generator 20 as power sources is provided with: an acquisition means that acquires from a plurality of vehicles 1, 200, during the operation of the motor generator, engine operating information including a travel distance or an engine operating time between the start and stop of the engine, and an engine operating position indicating the location at which the engine is operating; and an area identification means that identifies on map data an engine start suppressed area in which the starting of the engine is suppressed on the basis of the engine operating information. |
