PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asynchronous sampling frequency conversion apparatus, a conversion method and a program that require less computational complexity.SOLUTION: A data specification section 105A acquires a ratio of an input sampling frequency to an output sampling frequency stored in an internal memory of a sampling frequency conversion processing section 105. The data specification section 105A then refers to input sampling data information stored in a storage section 104 to specify input sampling data sampled at timings just before and after a sampling timing of output sampling data on the basis of the ratio. An output data value calculation section 105C calculates output sampling data on the basis of the ratio and the input sampling data specified by the data specification section 105A. The sampling frequency conversion processing section 105 outputs the output sampling data calculated by the output data value calculation section 105C to an output signal transmission section 106. |
