PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generating electrode capable of miniaturizing the constitution of a device while sufficiently securing a discharge area.SOLUTION: An ozone generating electrode 10 forms a discharge space 18 by providing a dielectric 16 between opposing inside and outside electrodes 12, 14, and generates ozone by allowing a raw material gas A containing oxygen to flow into the discharge space 18. The dielectric 16 is arranged in such a manner that gaps G1, G2 are provided respectively with respect to outer and inner peripheral surfaces 12a, 14a opposite to each other, of the inside electrode 12 and the outside electrode 14. Thereby, the discharge space 18 is divided by the dielectric 16, and discharge spaces 18a, 18b of two layers are formed. Further, it becomes possible to sequentially flow the raw material gas A through the respective discharge spaces 18a, 18b by communicating end parts on one side of the respective discharge spaces 18a, 18b to each other by a folded part 38. |
