PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppressing latch-up operation due to a parasitic transistor while suppressing an increase in cost of a charge pump circuit.SOLUTION: A charge pump circuit includes transistors (MP1 and MP2) that transfer charges by switching according to a clock signal. The transistors (MP1 and MP2) include an N-type well (11) formed in a semiconductor substrate (10) and P-type regions (12 and 13) formed in the N-type well (11). The charge pump circuit further includes a Schottky diode (D1) formed outside the N-type well (11) and clamping a voltage of the semiconductor substrate (10).
