PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align a lens and an optical fiber with high accuracy even while alleviating assembly accuracy.SOLUTION: An optical coupling member (10) is equipped with: an optical fiber (13); a holding member (11) which holds the optical fiber (13) inserted from an insertion hole (11a) formed at one end; and a plurality of ball lenses (12a, 12b) which are accommodated along the light axis direction to an accommodation part (11c) formed on the other end of the holding member (11). The plurality of ball lenses (12a, 12b) are arranged in a contacted state, and the optical fiber (13) is arranged in a state of contacting the opposite ball lens (12a). |
