PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily estimate a departure time for arriving in a destination in plenty of time by a destination arrival time desired by the user.SOLUTION: A road map is partitioned into a plurality of areas, and each fluctuation time defined as a variable width of a travel time it takes to move between the areas by vehicle is stored in an inter-area fluctuation DB 24. Then, the fluctuation time corresponding to the combination of the area including a departure place and the area including a destination is determined by a center-side control unit 25 by reference to the inter-area fluctuation DB 24. |
