发明名称 PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OPTICAL FILM
摘要
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a process for optical-film production in which surface roughening does not occur when a resin composition comprising an acrylic resin and a cellulose ester resin is melted and cast for film formation and the produced optical film is reduced in the content of gel particles. This process for optical-film production comprises forming a film by melting and casting a resin composition that comprises an acrylic resin and a cellulose ester resin in a mass ratio of from 95:5 to 30:70, and is characterized in that the resin composition has a high-molecular-component formation ratio H, which is defined by the equation, of 0-10%. Equation H = (a/b)×100 (%) Here, H is a value obtained by plotting detection sensitivity differences against molecular weight (Mw) as abscissa, the detection sensitivity differences being obtained by subtracting the gel permeation chromatography (GPC) detection sensitivity values of the original resin composition from the GPC detection sensitivity values of the resin composition which has been heated at 260°C for 1 hour, and dividing the area (a) of the positive-difference region in the obtained waveform by the GPC area (b) of the original resin composition.
