PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery fixing structure of a vehicle that can easily notice when tightening torque becomes excessive even if a user cannot watch a claw part, and can prevent breakage of the claw part of a battery tray.SOLUTION: A clip 8 (covering member) of a substantially concave shape of cross section is engaged to the claw part 7 where a hook part 5b of a tie rod 5 is locked to cover from outside. A reversing recess 8h that projects to the claw part 7 side to touch the claw part 7, and reverses at once to the opposite direction of the projecting direction, when abnormal deformation of the claw part 7, is formed at an outer wall 8d of the clip 8. |
