PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing Arenaria kansuensis Maxim. fermentation is provided to improve antioxdiation, anti-wrinkling, whitening, and moisturizing effects and to promoter collagen synthesis. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition contains Arenaria kansuensis Maxim. fermentation as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the fermentation comprises: a step of preparing Arenaria kansuensis Maxim.extract; a step of mixing the extract and Grifolafrondosa (KCTC 10337BP) mycelium or culture liquid of the mycelium and culturing the mixture; and a step of removing the mycelium from the culture liquid and collecting filtered liquid. The composition contains 0.001-30.0 wt% of the filtered liquid. An extraction solvent is 85-99%(v/v) ethanol. The composition is used for skin whitening, anti-aging, skin irritation relieving, atopic dermatitis treatment, or acne prevention. |
