PURPOSE: A road toll collection system which includes a toll road ticket checking machine and an automatic toll road ticket issuing machine is provided to simply pay a toll. CONSTITUTION: An automatic toll road ticket issuing machine comprises a message receiver (201), a toll road ticket generator (203), and a toll road ticket transmitter (204). The message receiver receives a mobile toll road ticket request message which is transmitted from a mobile terminal of an operator using a first wireless local area network (WLAN) antenna formed on the entrance of a toll road if a vehicle enters the entrance of the toll road. The toll road ticket generator produces vehicle type information of the vehicle, business office information, date and time information. The road ticket transmitter transmits the mobile toll road ticket request message to the mobile terminal using a second WLAN antenna which is formed at the entrance of the toll road and is formed on the vehicle progress direction side from the first WLAN antenna.
