Method for producing prefabricated reinforced-cement panels and corresponding panel. Cement mortar is poured in. Once the cement has set, the mould is removed, for which purpose the bolt (6) is unscrewed from inside the stud (3), leaving the stud (3) embedded within the cement mass.
