PURPOSE: A desk lamp in combination with a mobile device cradle is provided to enable users using a portable electronic device to move to a proper position according to its own purpose, by grafting a light source position control function of the desk lamp to the portable electronic device cradle. CONSTITUTION: A desk lamp in combination with a mobile device cradle comprises a supporting part (120), a lighting part (130) and a cradle part (140). The supporting part comprises a supporting board, a fixing plate (121) and a supporting stand (122). The lighting part comprises a main body (131) and light sources (132,133) which are combined to the supporting part to be able to rotate or move. The cradle part comprises a fixing device (143) and a connection port (142) in a specific part of the main body of the lighting part. The mobile device can be attached and detached.
