<p>A method for descrambling a first multi program transport stream and a second multi program transport stream for an electronic host, the first and second multi program transport stream being configured for transporting multiple digital programs, the first and second multi program transport stream comprising multiple packets having one of multiple packet identifiers, the method comprising
- obtaining the first multi program transport stream,
- obtaining the second multi program transport stream,
- obtaining a first list of packet identifiers,
- filtering the first multi program transport stream to obtain a first filtered program transport stream, by removing packets from the first multi program transport having a packet identifier not on the first list of packet identifiers,
- time multiplexing the first filtered program transport stream and the second multi program transport stream to obtain a time multiplexed program transport stream,
- transferring the time multiplexed program transport stream to a descramble module (200) to obtain a descrambled time multiplexed program transport stream,
- receiving the descrambled time multiplexed program transport from the descramble module.</p> |
