<p>The device has a release- and roll up mechanism (6) between the rope (7) and a belt (4) for releasing the rope by pull effect and for automatic rolling up of the released rope by spring force. The release- and roll up mechanism is surrounded by a housing (1) with a base plate (1.1), on which a receiving unit (5) for receiving the release- and roll up mechanism is arranged. A frame (2) with two front walls (2.3) is provided on the front surface of the base plate. The belt is adapted for carrying the device around the waist of the user.</p>
