PURPOSE: A vehicle fault diagnosis network system using a CAN(Control Access Network) communication is provided to improve system efficiency by integrally receiving response messages according to an electronic control unit fault diagnosis message. CONSTITUTION: When a fault diagnosis message integrally transmitted from a master electronic control unit(220) to a plurality of electronic control units(210) is not received within set time, a second electronic control unit(230) transmits a second fault diagnosis message to the master electronic control unit. When a second response message for the second fault diagnosis message is abnormally received during the set time, the second electronic control unit generates a warning signal and first response messages for first fault diagnosis messages are integrally received.
