PURPOSE: A rainwater and soil inflow prevention device for a manhole is provided to discharge clean rainwater or soil to the river by being assembled to the existing manhole through a manhole cover. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater and soil inflow prevention device for a manhole comprises a frame(1) which is installed in a manhole(7) at the same height such as a drain pipe(72), a rotary shaft which is coupled transversely crossing the frame and allowed to rotate, an opening and closing plate(3) which is coupled to the rotary shaft to open or close the inside of the manhole according to the amount of clean rainwater and initial rainwater/river water flowing along the drain pipe, a reinforcement plate which is transversely coupled to the other side of the frame, and a balancing stopper(5) which is coupled to the top of the reinforcement plate and controls the closing of the opening and closing plate to maintain horizontality of the opening and closing plate. |
