PURPOSE: An electronic character learning device is provided to perform distance learning by an individual or a group with an electronic learning unit and a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: An electronic character learning device includes a number (1n), a character book (1), a character book signal detecting unit (2a), a filter unit (2b), an amplifier unit (2c), a storage unit (2e) of a character book signal, and a searching unit (2f). The number exhibits the number to write each stroke of a contour character. A character book displays a color arrow having a designated color or a stroke direction. The character book signal detecting unit recognizes the character book and converts the same into a digital signal of a character image. The filter unit filters a detected character book signal by classifying the same from other noise signals. The amplifier unit amplifies intensity of the filtered character book. The storage unit stores a code designation unit and a code of an amplified character book signal. The searching unit searches the stored character book signal by codes.
