PURPOSE: A tax accounting information automatic input system and method are provided to easily input business place district tax office information, business place legal address information, and residence tax payment place information without an error. CONSTITUTION: A database (DB) parsing module (11) parses information which is saved in multiple DBs among a ZIP code address DB, a legal address DB, a tax report institution DB, and a residence tax payment place DB when receiving a part of an arbitrary administration address from a user terminal. A mapping information extracting module (12) extracts areal mapping information from the parsed information. A mapping table forming module (13) forms at least one among the legal address and a legal address code corresponding to the administration address received from the user terminal, a tax office name and a tax office code, and an autonomous region mane and an autonomous region code by forming a mapping table corresponding to the mapping information. An address information automatic input module (14) automatically inputs at least information among the legal address and the legal address code, the tax office name and the tax office code, and the autonomous region mane and the autonomous region code in a form for tax accounting which needs to the information by forming the mapping table corresponding to the mapping information which is formed by the mapping table forming module. An error verification module (15) verifies whether the legal address and the legal address code, the tax office name and the tax office code, and the autonomous region mane and the autonomous region code are accurate information or not.
