<p>PURPOSE: A manufacture method for a polymer resin which can produce an acrylic board of desired thickness having less deviation and ensure a more simple process than the conventional one as well as improved production stability by controlling and monitoring the polymerization process in real time is provided. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method for a polymer resin with the use of a device having a reactor for bulk polymerization comprises the steps of: injecting the stirred and mixed contents into the reactor without partial polymerization (210), pressurizing the contents at over 7 atmospheric pressure to seal the reactor (230), heating up the reactor (240), cooling the reactor at the starting point of the polymerization of the contents within one minute (250), reheating the reactor when the contraction deviation of the contents reaches the first level (260), and cooling the reactor when the contraction deviation of the contents reaches the second level (270).
