EXTRACT CONTAINING ACTEOSIDE DERIVED FROM LIPPIA CITRIODORA AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition is provided to contain a high content of acteoside isolated and purified from Lippia citriodora as an active ingredient, and have effects of antioxidant, whitening, anti-wrinkle, anti-inflammation, antibiotic, improvement of atopy, and UV protection. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Lippia citiodora extract containing acteoside is comprises: a step of extracting acteoside by adding a solvent to Lippia citriodora, and concentrating; a step of obtaining acteoside fraction by adding more than two kinds of solvents selected from the group comprising of water, ethanol, methanol, butanol, ethyl acetate, ethyl ether, chloroform and hexane to the concentrated extract; a step of removing the organic solvents and manufacturing fraction concentration powder by secondary concentration; a step of removing pigment and chlorophyll using column after dissolving the fraction concentration powder in solvent; a step of recrystalizing the extract, in which the pigment and chlorophyll are removed, by precipitation under the controlled pressure and temperature; and a step of obtaining powder type acteoside by spray drying or freeze drying the precipitated pellet.
