HEALTH PROMOTING FOODS CONTAINING PEDIOCOCCUS ACIDILACTICI J9 AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEROF

PURPOSE: A production method of health supplementary food is provided to obtain the health supplementary food by co-culturing Pediococcus acidilactici and bacillus. CONSTITUTION: A grain mixture is soaked in water. The soaked grain is steamed. The steamed grain is cooled. A pre-cultured Pediococcus acidilactici J9 and bacillus strains are inoculated to the cooled grain. The grain with the strains is inserted into a solid storage container, and microorganisms are solid-cultured at 40-45°C and in 50-70% humidity for 20-48 hours. The solid-cultured product is additionally solid-cultured at 40-45°C and in 20-40% humidity for 30-60 hours. The solid-cultured product is dried and pulverized. The bacillus strains are B. subtilis or B. pumilus.
