<p>A multiple-stage indicating desiccant comprises: a) at least one aluminosilica co-gel, b) at least one source of iron, and c) at least one source of bromide, wherein the at least one source of iron and the at least one source of bromide are at least partially supported on the aluminosilica co-gel.
