METHOD FOR ENDOSCOPIC ENTERAL ALIMENTATION

A method for the endoscopic enteral alimentation comprises the endoscopic examination of the upper divisions of digestive tract followed by the maximal passage of the endoscope into duodenum and insertion of the probe for enteral alimentation. The ligature is applied onto the proximal end of the nasogastral probe that is inserted via the nasal passage into the esophagus. The biopsy colonoscopic forceps are passed into the opera ting canal of endoscope. The nasogastral probe is grasped with the forceps at the ligature ring and passed maximally into the duodenum. Then the probe is passed to the initial divisions of the small intestine over Treitz ligament. The biopsy gastroscopic forceps are passed temporarily for fixation of the probe.
