摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An improvement of thermal fixation of a catalyst activating component on alumina supports is provided to decrease the pollution level of a bag filter, achieve fixing reaction on supports of precious metal components rapidly, and improve the efficiency of total process and productivity per unit time. CONSTITUTION: A thermal fixation of a catalyst activating component on alumina supports comprises following steps. Impregnated powder containing alumina powder and the catalyst activating component is manufactured. The impregnated powder is mixed and heated in a heating mixer device in which a steam jacket is mounted on an exterior wall to obtain half-dried impregnated powder with a water content of 5% or less. The impregnated powder within 5% of water content is inserted into a standing erect screw reactor having an indirect heating method. The inserted impregnated powder is moved from the upper part of the reactor to the lower part of the reactor. Alumina supports product is obtained from the lower part of the reactor.
