A method for measurement of concentration of gases includes passing optical radiation wavelength of which is matched with intrinsic absorption of the gas being analyzed, with measurement of intensities of radiation passed through one or two cuvettes, with conversion of measured values of intensities to electric signals, processing electric signals and determination of concentration of analyzed gas. Voltage of light-emitting diode at feeding it which current is controlled, then the voltage signal obtained, with value proportional to change of temperature, is brought to the level of input signal of the transformer of intensity of flux of optical radiation to direct voltage, value of that one depends on concentration of measured gas and change of temperature as well. After that two signals obtained are subtracted one from another with scaling to level required for digital processing of the results of measurements by the relationship:. |
