玻璃熔接方法
摘要
本发明之玻璃熔接方法系以沿着熔接预定区域之方式将玻璃层3配置于玻璃构件4与导热体7之间后,将导热体7作为散热器而照射雷射光L1,藉此使玻璃层3熔融,从而使玻璃层3烧接并固定于玻璃构件4。于该玻璃层3之烧接时,玻璃层3之雷射光吸收率会急遽增高,但由于导热体7作为散热器自玻璃层3吸热,故而可抑制玻璃层3成为热输入过多之状态。其后,使另一玻璃构件经由玻璃层3而重叠于烧接有玻璃层3之玻璃构件4上。继而,藉由沿着熔接预定区域照射雷射光,使玻璃构件彼此熔接。
