FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: anode for cathode protection in the form of a composite strip includes a conducting element with an insulating polymer element adjacent to it and forming together with it a single whole; at that, the conducting element includes a metal substrate equipped with a surface catalytic coating. A cathode protection system includes an anode in the form of a composite strip, which is embedded into cementing structure equipped with metal reinforcement bars; at that, the anode is in direct contact with the above said metal bas only in combination with the insulating polymer element. the installation method of the cathode protection system into cementing structure involves the following subsequent or simultaneous steps: laying of an anode in the form of a composite strip onto a variety of metal reinforcement bars so that the anode is brought into contact with bars only through the insulating polymer element, pouring of liquid cement above bars and further cement solidification.EFFECT: improving corrosion protection efficiency of reinforced-concrete structures.12 cl, 5 dwg |
