FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading devices. Proposed device comprises gantry, cargo grippers, min beam mounted to vertical displace, beam vertical drive, means for communication with hoisting device member composed of carriage equipped with rigging element. Grippers are provided with retainers to engage with and disengage from container clips. Said gantry comprises lengthwise beam with damping supports. Support points can interact with catchers, i.e. mate supports. Grippers are composed of swivel with balancer arranged thereat. Every link has engagement elements and is connected by its one end with said balance by universal joint mounted at preset distance from balancer axle. Engagement element is composed of detachable rod fitted through holes made at link opposite end. Grippers are pivoted on mid beam with the help of detachable rod fitted through holes made in side walls of mid bean at preset spacing. Carriage is fitted on lengthwise beam to displace there along and to be locked thereat. Mid beam drive is composed of two screw jacks mounted at opposite end of lengthwise beam. Case of one jack is rigidly coupled with lengthwise beam that of another jack is pivoted. Rod of every said jack is pivoted with mid beam.EFFECT: impactless loading.10 cl, 4 dwg |
