The pipe (10) has a watertight sheath (14) made of a polymeric material. The sheath comprises an external layer (28) located toward outside, and an internal layer (26) independent from the external layer and located toward an interior of the sheath to isolate the external layer with respect to a hydrocarbons flow zone (24). The internal layer is in contact with the hydrocarbon flowing inside the zone. The internal layer is carried out in semi-aromatic co-polyamide. The external layer is made of polyamide. An independent claim is also included for an oil layers exploitation structure.
