<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device (8) has two driving assemblies (12) for driving a toothed ring (10), where each driving assembly includes an electric motor (14) and a reduction gear unit (16). A safety unit prevents the starting of all the driving assemblies when one of the driving assemblies is unavailable.
