PURPOSE: An energy saving system using natural energy power and city energy power and an energy saving method thereof are provided to increase energy efficiency, by corresponding according to the variation of a voltage and a current. CONSTITUTION: A city energy power (11) supplies electricity to a load in a low price time zone. A natural energy power generator (12) charges a power source of a battery part at day time which is a high price time zone. A control device controls a power source control circuit. A power supply (13) provides the power to an external connection part, a discharge control part and a battery state/warning display part. The power source control circuit is connected to the city energy power and the natural energy power generator.
